Does the stock map sensor in a 94 Integra RS B18B1 detect boost, if so up to what PSI?

 

What do you mean?

Yes it will. It will detect anything. But the the stock ECU will not be able to process anything other than negative to zero intake pressure. This is why your car will throw a code and most probably go into limp mode.

Using certain techniques (with the the help of an AFC or something similar), you can use it for boosting up to about 10 or 11psi.

For most boosting purposes though......no, you shouldn't use it....but you can.

 

With the gm map sensor and the vafc can u boost 15psi
