LS VTEC Problem
I have a 93 Integra with an LS Vtec motor. The car runs great at first then when warmed up and driven for about ten miles and in second and third gear when you punch it around 3000 rpms it starts bogging down and does that until you hit about 5000 rpms. Does anyone have any idea what it might be? I have tried to search the other posts, but I have not found anything.

Yes indeed.
I have a thought. If you can't start focusing on what is the problem, then start eliminating what's not the problem.

I do not have the full list in front of me now. It does not have a check engine light on. The motor is a B18 bottom end with a B16 head I think. The bottom end has 11.5 to 1 forged pistons and rods. The ECU is out of GSR or SI not sure? Stock distrubutor, intake manifold, throttle body, all sensors stock. Put in new plugs and tested the wires and everything works. Just running header and exhaust. The motor use to have a vtec controller and did not bogg down as much. The motor runs great from 5000 to 9600.
