LOL .... Vtech
LOL .... Vtech

I would edit the Vtech thing VERY QUICKLY to avoid super flame!! But to answer your question Super Street and Sport Compact Car both withing the last 2 months shows the basics of the LS/Vtec swap. Here is a basic list of what you will need:
Block b18
b18 Crank
Either CTR or Pr3 Pistons depending on what CR you want to run
Rings
Rods You can use Ls rods but they will only be able to hanld about 220 horsepower.
Bearings
GSR or B16 Vtec waterpump
Timing belt for GSR
tensioner
oilpump GSR
Manifold,Intake Can reuse the stock
Manifold,Exaust Can reuse the stock
ECU
Main bolts
Head gasket for LS
dowels 13x20 Dowels for the Crank Girdle
Head bolts
oilpan GSR
Crank Girdle from GSR (you will have to get the main caps machined to fit on the Oem crank girdle. You will also need to have the Top of the caps machined to accept the dowels.
Windage tray GSR
oil pickup GSR
Oil pan gasket B18
Vtec oil line Kit
motor work including honing of the cylinder walls, balancing crank(VERY IMPORTANT), and so forth.
You can use the search feature for LS/Vtec and you will find many resources to help you out on this. I would watch out using that Vtech, you will get harrased to death for that. I hope this helps you out. I am getting ready to send my motor off to the machine shop and I am excited.
