LS-vtec, need more HP

LS-vtec, need more HP
98 integ ls
current setup
gsr head - no head work
complete crower internals
ls throttle body
skunk2 i/m
stock gsr fuel injectors/rail
programmed obd1 ecu
car runs strong , vtec 5800, redlines past 8.5k rpm. nothing wrong with my car just dunno what size fuel injectors to get, throttle body (i was told to get a 70mm, is the bigger the better?, becuz 72,74 and 76mm all cost the same.) exhaust? i was gonna go with the tanabe medalion touring (dunno how that sounds, but looking for a quiet one. and maybe dc headers. those parts should help add a couple of more hp. any suggestions?

exactly what i was thinkin when i saw the thread title...
what cams do you have now?
i'd say get a good valve job/chamber work and make sure those port/manifold runners are lined up...only then worry about cams bigger than stage 1's
