my 90 integra ls is giting up there in mileage 205.000 and its starting to run bad so its time for a swap. i have people tell me to git another ls and tweak it and i have other say git a v tech like a b16a sir and swap tranny ecu and all. honda peformance is by far not my strong point. i do on the other hand know about engines my dad has raced 1/4 mile sence i was 5 so i can work on motors and trannys. im ready to change the stuff out on my integra like the factory tranny its horable. so in short i need some opinons here with peformance engine tranny and ecu upgrades apreceate it.

 

Unless you go turbo I wouldnt bother with another ls. Swap in a GSR and ecu, and youll be good. However, if you do plan on turbo, I would go ls for sure.
