Ok I have replaced the IAC, and checked for vacuum leaks using the carb spray method, and checked the plugs to see if they are on wrong. Everything matches up so now Im very very very lost, I dont know what else could cause it. What else is in the IAC circuit that could cause this? Do any of you guys that have this same problem happen to run a hondata intake manifold gasket? thats the only other aftermarket thing I have on my car.

 

I know there are other people with this problem, cmon guys help me out

 

What year is your car?

have you tried opening the FITV (if you have one) and screwing the middle part back in?

mine is a 99 I dont think it has an FITV if it does Im not sure where or what it is. Let me know

 

nah, 99 doesnt have an FITV..

 

I dont know if this helps but it also makes a very low deep but loud humming noise when I tap the gas, sounds to be intake related but only started to happen after the IAC sel started to throw.

 

ok I loosened the throttle cable a little bit and it seems to be less noticable. Im kinda stuck on what to hunt for next.....
