ok so heres a run down on the car. Its a ej civic with a obd1 ls swap when i got the car it ran just fine. I put a turbo kit on it and it ran fine for a while when i took the kit off it started acting really wierd. The car started bogging down really bad where you can barley get the car moving without it dieing. I have replaced the injectors the map sensor dizzy 02 sensors and the ecu i also put another tps sensor on but im not sure if it was good it was used. i know the iacv is bad its throwing a cel but it should only cause the idle surge problem i have not the bogging issue. any help would be greatly appriciated.

actually the IACV can affect on how your performs...so i say replace it....and did you calibrate the TPS?

Check ur fuel presure and fuel filter
