Did you wire the low and high beams together in series, thus achieving about 6V?

BTW: Silverstars have a horrible life expectancy.

i just rechecked them, they all seem normal, nothing is cut or out of place......the only thing that i did to the wire harness is cut off the plastic covering ond tape it all up with electrical tape to tuck it a little better

Try inspecting the connectors and the wiring as best you can. It looks like there might be a short or poor connection somewhere, which could be caused by melted wiring or connectors (which, in turn, could have been caused by the extra current that HID's draw upon start-up).

with my old HID setup, the drivers side lowbeam connector was not used at all, the ballast only conneted to the passenger side lowbeam....and from there a wire ran across the to the drivers side ballast and then to the HID bulb.....nothing to do with the stock connector on the drivers side.

im just boggled

We learn something new everyday...the yellow box is a ground, I never knew that. so now theyre back in order.

i put it on the headlight bolt, its a little better then up on the side.

got bored last night a attempted to do a mini tuck, it looks alot better than before....PJDM intake is on the way along with some color matching paint to clean up that left side
