lost motion assembly

i'm planning on running skunk stage 1 cams on a b18c1, and i was wondering if i should swap out my stock lost motion assembly for those off of a type r...

If they have more lift than a type r cam then i believe the answer is yes.

I dont think you would need to. The Type R LMA is going to be for the B16 head therefore I dont suggest using them in the gsr head.
