Default Loctite

When you guys/gals put your exhaust's on did you use loctite on the nuts and bolts? Thanks.

If you put Loctite on them, you may never get them off again. Exhaust bolts are hard enough to get off as it is. I wouldn't use it.

I would use anti-seize. It prevents rust etc. Goop it up and it should make them come apart easier next time. Good auto parts stores sell it, it comes in a silver can about the size of a small drinking glass. You can also use this on wheel studs, pretty much anything that you work on and put together that is nut/bolt related.

Yup... Loctite will just give u probs. in the long run. That anti-seize is a great idea!

Anti-seize is your friend Good idea to use it on exhaust bolts... never thought of that one. It is a MUST for working on brakes. I never crawl under the caliper without it...

You could also use some locknuts...those don't come off very easy either
