I would use anti-seize. It prevents rust etc. Goop it up and it should make them come apart easier next time. Good auto parts stores sell it, it comes in a silver can about the size of a small drinking glass. You can also use this on wheel studs, pretty much anything that you work on and put together that is nut/bolt related.

Good idea to use it on exhaust bolts... never thought of that one. It is a MUST for working on brakes. I never crawl under the caliper without it...

You could also use some locknuts...those don't come off very easy either
