well i have a 94 gsr.. a coulpe of months ago my distributor cracked and my car wouldnt start..so i had it pulled off and they showed me the crack and i said ok..so i put another one on an a coulpe of weeks ago my tach needle starting floating and jumping around..the shop said that my distributor is going out again..i replaced some of the ground wires on the motor but not all of them, i thought that might be a start...lemme know what else can cause this...

 

easy fix, swap a JDM K20a2 and that will fix your problems, only way i know of on how to fix your situation, its what i did.
