Jump time?
How do you jump time while advancin or retardin the distributor. How is this possible. Can it happen when trying to start the car. And how would you go about fixing it if you did.
always try to give a little more info.. is your car running? does it run like normal? if not -- check your compression to verify that your timing belt has not skipped a tooth.
fixing it would require reinstallation/replacement of the timing belt.

Well its a motor I swapped in. I had the car running I started it 4-5 times then I havent gotten it to start since. The timing is good. When I set it to TDC everything lines up fine. It just wont start now for no reason. It gets spark n fuel. Just wont fully crank over

well spark is unmistakable.
but the fuel pump running DOES NOT always mean the injectors are injecting fuel. put a long screwdriver on the injectors and listen to the end of it for the click while cranking(if you can even hear it over the starter).
