This is what they did to me...

Here is my "Buyer Beware" thread that the mods stickied for me in the GD section...not sure if it's stickied anymore, though.

Steer clear of those scammers. If one or two people had a good transaction with them, they were among the very few lucky ones. This place has so many BBB/FTC/etc reports against them it's not even funny anymore. The first link I posted is a timeline of events, listing the many ways they screwed me throughout the whole deal. To this very day it was never resolved, they never once attempted to make it right...but the guy you'll likely speak to when ordering or complaining, Mike, was more than happy to call me a liar over the phone, and even threaten to sue me. Ask to speak to the owner, and he'll just do the same thing...call you names and make ridiculous lawsuit threats.

After they took my $700ish and sent me and old *** motor I didn't want, they tried to charge me another $300-400 so they could "have it picked up and brought back to the warehouse", then they were going to charge me half price($400ish) for the replacement motor that I originally ordered...meaning I would have paid up to $1600 for a 99-01 high-comp b20b that I should have received from that start. I am not the first, nor the fifth, nor the twentieth person they have done this to...google their name and be amazed at what you'll see, nothing but bad feedback.
Listen to this guy , Tiger , ******* scam artists, same thing happen to me , but thank god I paid with pay pal , I complained to pay pal about that stupid engine and pal pay is gonna take care of me now, but I still had to pay 400 bucks for shipping back of that anchor .

I've had great experience with http://jdmnagoyaautoparts.com. Might want to give them a try as well.

Motor has less than 40k and runs stronger than ever. About to vtec it. Hmotorsonline are really good, and expensive because they warranty their motors. They also test compression and all. It's all about getting lucky maybe with Tiger. Other than that, good luck finding cheaper, reliable motors.

how are you going to change it to vtec? i have b20b non vtec

I have heard good things about Engine World Inc in Houston. Their website is Used Japanese Engines & Transmissions

My buddy bought a Japanese engine for Honda Civic last week. He was raving about them!

I have been buying Japanese used engines from Used Japanese Engines & Transmissions for my repair shop for last few years. Surprisingly they have their own head office in Osaka, Japan. They have great customer service. They don't carry that many performance engines but they have plenty of Honda Civic LX, DX, EX,HX, ACCORD, Element, CRV motors.
