the b16 has a slight higher lift on the intake cam
than the b18c1..
but it will not make much difference..

Lift is same and duration on the gsr cam is a little higher. Its basically the samething.

the cams are almost the same
but i think the gsr cams are a lil more agressive
so if anything u might loose a few HP

as far as oem cams goes....
>>gsr cams is low compression which is very good for turbo specifications
>>jdm b16 is good for all motor, nos specifications due to the fact that's the intake cam is bigger than any other oem cams
