I was wondering if i could get a few opinions about what should be done and what kind of stuff should be replaced to run high boost on a b18c1.

That all depends on what you consider "high boost." Most people would replace the pistons with a lower compression type, and replace the rods as well. Using head studs instead of bolts is always a good idea, and you may want to upgrade the head while you have everything apart. Upgrading the valvetrain will not usually make your car any more or less reliable (at stock rpms), although there is room for performance enhancement through valve train improvements (ability to take in and expell more air, as well as rev higher, etc.). I am sure many people will have ideas, but this is a start. Good luck!

Hey thanks for replying, i'm still new to all this but i love it so i'm just trying to learn as much as possible. I notice tho when i look at rods there are like 3 different ones for the same engine. Does it matter on which ones i get or will either and any of them work?
