Default Integra LS setup

What do you think about this setup? How much power can i make?

Greddy Turbo kit
Skunk2 intake Manifold
Skunk2 turbo cams
Skunk2 Cam gears
Gude Throttle Body

or
Greddy Turbo kit
Gude head package
Skunk2 cam gears

or
Jackson racing supercharger
GSR Boost upgrade pulley
High pressure Fuel Pump
DC header

I dont know much about hondas, list is for a friend. He has 4g to spend, woud like around 270-300hp without changing internals.

turbo is good but no matter what you do don't forget about the pistons.

for turbo, you dont want to really build up top end (you can) but its better to do pistons, connecting rods, thicker head gasket and work on fuel management. Good luck with what you do. Turbo has more potential power. Just be ready to spend some $$$

he can basically run low psi turbo, and get roughly 200. but to get 250 and over, he needs to change some internals. some people run 10 psi on the ls stock, so it's possible i think.
