Intake...

mine engine B16a DOHC vtec(small vtec), im gonna change my stock intake to Skunk2 74mm blackpro.. do i need a tune?

why are you putting such a ridiculously big tb on that engine? and yes you'll need a tune if you do it.

You won't get much gains off a throttle body that big if your running stock.
