Input shaft bearing?
Ok well i bought a gsr trans from off a friend an put it in my car. But before doing so i looked at it but never opened it up an noticed the input shaft had play in it. Like it was loose but, i went ahead an installed the trans anyway. After doing so i let the car idle an i drove it for about 10mins like normal to see if it shifts fine an it did so. So then i decided to get on it an bit an did an dead stop pass to the top of 3rd gear an everything was fine. So i took the car home parked it, then when i woke up an left for work i noticed reverse like halfass works when i put the car in reverse it feels like the ebrake is up so i gotta give the car quite a bit of gas to get it to back out. An also when i took off out of the drive way i noticed the car making like a rattle sound when i shift gears but i can really hear it good going into 2nd. An also it pops out of 2nd everyonce in awhile. An when i was at the stop light i took off a bit quick an noticed like a vibration i could feel it threw my shift **** an felt like the car wanted to pop out of 1st gear. Now i was told its my input shaft bearing because the car makes rattle noises at idle but when i push in clutch it goes away, an because my input shaft was loose. So im just trying to get some opinions on what it might be, an also is a b16 input shaft bearing the same as gsr?
