my CEL threw up fuel injectors. im not sure how to check my injectors to see if there leaking or not. i know that my car is running like 50 miles on a half tank and spits lots of black smoke. can anyone help me on how to check my injetors? or is there a certain tool i can use that will help me? thanks to all that helped

seafoam the bish. search and theres a great article about how to. ill jsut tell u briefly. buy seafoam. disconnect your brake booster line. put it in the seafoam (careful not to stall your engine!) and suck up about 1/3 of it. then pour another 1/3 in your crank case, then pour the rest in your gas tank. i did this and my car smoked like a S.O.B but then ran great after. i was a little worried about how much it was smoking at first but then it settled down after about 15 mins.

 

i already done that already.. like a month ago, still the same problem.
