Definately replace it if you have any worries. This way here everytime you step into your car you can have a peace of mind. I know I hate getting in my car and worry that something will go wrong or could go wrong......
Replace it
Pending on how many miles its been. I would if its been over 75k

its supposed to be changed at 90000 miles or 6 yrs because its rubber and they wear out. i have a 94 integra also and i changed it after 8 yrs, but it only had about 75000 on it. its not cheap because of the DOHC they have to lift your engine halfway out of you car to access it. it takes about 4-5hrs and costs about 500 bucks. dealers charge 600-700.

Oh god, don't post this crap. The engine does not have to be lifted halfway out of your car in order to change the damn timing belt. It's called taking off the valve cover - that requires no engine lifting!
See this tutorial on the actual steps:

You should change it if it hasn't been changed before, a 10 year old rubber belt is not a good thing. If you already changed it before, and you are nearing 180k miles, change it again!
As for cost, you should get your timing belt and water pump changed at the same time, the parts alone cost like $100, but the labor is usually a rip off. If you can do it yourself, or know someone who can, pay them to do it. If you go to a reputable Honda/Acura garage, you should pay somewhere around $450 to do it.

I have yet to change the timing belt on my integra.. (new motor when I purchased it)...But the crx did require unbolting one of the engine mounts to get the belt on/off. Is this not true with a b18? (too lazy to walk downstairs and look.)
yeah either replace it now and pay the whole 75 bucks for the belt....or you could use your motor as a boat anchor. just change it now...it brings some of the snap back to the motor.
and u r only worried about timing belt REMEMBER ALL THE OTHER STUFF U GOT TO DO!!!!
water pump!! and i forget the other 1s but they will need replacement when ur doin ur timin belt u might as well save ur self some time and do that as well
