Ignition issue? please help
I was heading home the other day on the high way doin about 100 and my rpms dropped to 0 and my car wouldn't start back up. i have had problems with the main relay, but i don't think it would cause this. There is no spark at all.
any suggestions on what to look for. no sputtering just 0.
thanks vince

If the car starts up later like after it has cooled down. It's most likely the coil going bad inside of the dizzy. The main relay controls both the fuel and the spark. So, that may be the cause also. Try jumping the ignition side of the relay and giving it a wirl if it starts right up then it might be the relay. But im guessing its the coil in the dizzy.
