I have a weird problem that I haven't been able to get a straight answer for. My 91 Integra has a bad idle and I was checking over things and noticed my idle adjustment screw was missing. I didn't think anything of it at the time, I just went to a junk yard and replaced the screw. Checked it the next day and it was missing again so again I replaced it. A few hours later I checked it and again it was missing, so I replaced it and used lock tight to hold it. It's still there but only because of the lock tight. Any ideas on why the throttle body keeps spitting it out?

 

are the threads stripped?

 

I thought the same thing after it came out the second time but the threads seam to be fine.
