Default idle problems/issues

ok i swap out the b18a im for a 94 im when i go start/warm my car cold it idle at 1k and stay warm at 1k any ideas bout this problem.Maybe tps or the iacv dont know thanks

ps i took the iacv out and cleaned it maybe i screw something to tight

i did that i think i tighten that white screw to tight real tight

Thats the FITV, not the IACV. Its possible you got the TPS and IACV plugs backwards, but the car will run like crap if you did that. Unplug the IACV (when warm) and set the base idle to 600 or so. Then plug the IACV back in and it should idle up to 750.
