just bought 1994 integra, noticed that it was idling at 3K so I started looking under the hood, came to find out that tps had been unplugged. So after plugging it back in and reseting the ecu car started to idle all retarded like. It goes to about 2100rpm and goes back down to 800. It keeps doing this over and over, like going up and coming back down. besides the IAC any ideas? its a gsr by the way

 

i had that same problem. most people say that its a vacuum leak. but theres so many to check for. but sometimes it is not the leak itself, rather the part where the vacuum connects to.
my gsr did that for six months until a mechanic told us that it was a bad throttle body. my advice be check that.
