Idle problems
I'm getting a code 14 which is electronic air supply or IACV. Now i just put a new motor in my 93, the motor is a 91. I used the wire harness from my 93 and did all that BS. It idles very low, i would say 200 rpm or so (it will idle on the first line on teh tach after the 0). When it's cold the cold start dosen't kick in, i took the FITV off my old manifold and put it on, knowing that one was good. I went to put the IACV off the 93 but it dosen't bolt upto the 91 manifold. When the car is cold it will hesistate in the lower rpms but when it is warmed up this is gone. I've also tried adjusting the idle screw with no luck. I also have the TB off the old motor on there with a new gasket. When the car was warm the top hole in the TB had strong suction to it, the bottom had none. When i covered both the car would die. I was wondering if my TPS needs adjusted ? Is there a way to test the IACV.

there is an electrical test... but you can also remove it and clean it out with Carb Cleaner
