Idle Issue
So I have a 1995 Acura Integra RS with a B18cr motor. I just recently had my car tuned to crome and now when I stop/idle, my car will sometimes idle normally at 1k and the other times it will stop at 1k and drop down to 100rpm and bog for a while and if I'm stopped too long itll stall. If I give it some gas while it's at 100rpm sometimes itll idle back to normal, as long I don't let it sit at 100rpm. Not sure if tune caused this but anyone have a suggestion? Otherwise car runs quite well now. Also, car did not have any idle issues at all before tune.
clean you'r iacv then adjust the idle http://www.team-integra.net/forum/bl...peed-gen3.html
tune should not have done that tho buy tune do you mean a legit tune on a dyno or just a chipped ecu ?

Only thing that confuses me is it is consistant on the idle though, it doesn't fluctuate. Usually in my experience with a bad IACV, it bounces up in down trying to compensate for low rpm, but in this situation it either idles exactly at 1k or it idles exactly at 100rpm not up and down. Would this still apply?

When I went to the tuner place, I do recall him saying something burnt in my ecu related to the iacv, but he said it wasn't a big deal. But if it was already burnt and was idling fine then it shouldn't be related?
I don't know what they could mean by that a tune shouldn't have anything to do with the IACV. how often(time span wise) does the idle drop any codes ?

It seems as though this 50/50 chance only happens when my headlights are on, if I turn on my headlight 50/50 idle will drop and if I turn them off while its idling bad, it stays there until I press the gas a bit, then it'll idle fine. Because I only notice that is does this when headlights are on. Maye, not 100% sure.
