on my head when putting on my header its not leaking though . how hard is it to replace

yeah, what he said! when that happened to me, i just had my friend (bc i dont trust my shaky hands drilling into the head) drill it and extract it out. i hate it when that crap happens!

If a piece is protruding, try this tool:


It is a stud remover from Sears.

 

its broken a few millameters inside the head

 

atleast its not leaking....you might have to go to a machine shop and have them get it out
