Default Hyperblinking: Help: Already Know To Replace Bulbs

Ok, so i replaced every bulb in the rear driver's side(brake, revese, and turn signal lights) and i have HIDS(both working). My left blinker is really fast....

on the front turn signal amber blinkers, the left bulb harness was stolen so i bought one from pepboys with correct replacement bulb(the one that actually blinks)

the outside bulb, on the turn signal, is a separate harness than the one that was cut and wasn't replaced; however, this hyperblinker problem did not start until way afterward...

should i replace this bulb even though it doen't blink ever and do you have any suggestions?

When your blinker blinks twice as fast it's because the other one is broken. So if the front one is blinking twice as fast than the rear one is broken, and likewise for the rear working and front not.

the turn signals are on their own circuit, headlights, tail lights, reverse lights, and brake lights are not connected to the same circuit.

what bulb is this?

for turn signals, in the front of the car, there should be 2 bulbs, one facing the front of the car, and one facing the side. theyll take turns going on and off when the signals are on.

ok, so i checked out my left front turn signal and it was wired worng so i re-wired this way...

car_____________to___________light socket
red/black_______________________red
black__________________________black
green___________________________black

now sometimes the left signal will blink normal for up to 5 sec and go hyper on me!

is this the way it is supposed to be wired? when i switch the blacks around the turn signal does not work

Ummm, my side lights dont come on period. I have parked my car and turned on off every light, the side ones never came on. I see other people driving their tegs around, some ive noticed with their turn signals on some without, and i never see them lit up. What's the use for them because I want to spray half the corner light black since its illegal to spray over the actual turn signal.

What you can do is place resistors inline for the blinkers. These are usually sold with like LED kits for like motorcycles (at least that's where I got mine). You basically just solder in line on the wire that's going to the blinker. It intercepts the voltage, and helps regulate it and make it normal. It shouldn't hurt to try that...good luck!

I'll try to find out, but if you look at LED kits for bikes, they usually tell you what size the resistor is, so you can go off of that. I'll look around and see what I can find.
