I have some leftover residue on the glass from tint removal behind the third brake light assembly in my 00 Integra, I tried searching in the Haynes manual for how to get to it, but failed... Anybody have pictures ??

It's pretty much self explanatory once you start looking back there. Open the hatch and look up at the plastic area covering the wiper motor/brake light. The entire plastic piece is held on by clips. Just pull it off. Unfortunately, if you routinely do stuff like this, you'll know that clips break occasionally.

Once that panel is off, everything is right there in front of you. The cover of the rear brake light also comes off.

Lol just dont PULL it off bro, those clips will break real easily if you do that. The clips on there have these small little circles in the middle, just push them in and you can remove the clip

On a side not I have JDM "green integra" third brake light if anyone wants it

Haha, I meant that. But after you press those in, you still need to pull the other clips off. I believe the ones on the top of the hatch you need to pull off, while the bottom panels have that "push in" clip. I don't remember though, haven't had an Integra in a while.

Well, everything came off all right, but what do I do with the wire left hanging down that looks like it has a kind'a clamp off thingie (and yes, I'm a woman, lol)
