Bout to finally install my SK2 IM, how much for the parts? Honda part# 16411-p73-000 (type r throttle cable bracket), Honda part# 17191-ST7-R01 (type r throttle cable) and any throttle body pulley? Just wondering how much to expect on spending for these pieces..
