Done just about everything on the cars that I've owned. Electrical seems to be my knack. I have TIG welded my own CAI, installed exhausts, stereo systems, CF hoods (who can't do that), and did all suspension work. There nothing better than seeing the work YOU did pay off. Next, I would like to do a motor swap in an import (all my motor swap experiences have been in domestics) and rebuild the motor myself.

only thing i took to a shop to get done was the short shifter install, because it was track day in 2 hours and i didnt have time to do it my self.

ive installed new valve cover/gaskets, did a compresion check, changed plugs, changed front and rear pads, new radiator, new oem headers (to stop rattle), took out my power sterring and installed padawans kit, changed oil\trani\brake fluids, itr sway bar, s2k intenna. and thats about it. i dont thin ki will ever take my car to a shop again unless i really cant do the work on my own

This is true... There is a large support factor in the DFW area... Only thing I won't and can't do is wiring...

Im a tech at a performance shop here in seattle for a few years. So i pretty much do it all there. My buddy lived in a small studio for a while with a cement floors. He used to pull his ducatti in there and one time he rebuilt the engine. Im sure he didnt get his deposit back!
