there isn't much involved, in fact if you are staying non-vtec you can swap over your obd0 distributor and keep the obd0 ecu as the harness will match, then all you have to do is swap over your fuel injectors and you should be good to go...if you wanna go vtec then there is a little extra wiring involved for the vtec solenoid and knock sensor, etc but same premise
