there's a 10 or 12mm bolt in the crack between the seats towards the center. stick your fingers in there to find it, then use a socket wrench w/ an extension to get it out. then pull the bottom seat towards the front of the car, and it should swing out. as for the top part, it's pretty straightforward once you can access the bottom bolts.

by the way, take your CAPS LOCK OFF! it makes you look like you had classes in the boiler room in high school.

First put the rear seats down and then remove the snaps holding on the carpet. (A gentle tug should do the trick) Now remove the clip at the swivel point by the seatbelts, on either the far right or left of the seat. (It is easily removed with a needle-nose pliers or if you have skinny little fingers, in other words it will come out very easily.) Push the seat toward the seatbelts from the middle of the seat in order to clear the pivot bar. Now the upright position of the seat can be removed. Finally, remove the 10mm bolt in the center top of the lower portion of the seats and pull up and back on on the lower seat. If you’re a neat freak this is a good time to remove the metal plate covering the fuel pump and clean up the terminals.

I'm going to the pool with the fam. right now, maybe later I'll explain the radio removal. Its a lilltle long but it starts with removing the center console.

go to team-integra.net become a member if you aren't already. Go to articles, go to projects, then interior removal. And you'll find both.
