I posted this in the lighting section but was not sure since it seems to have had no activity in two days so I posted it here. Sorry.


Last week I had a HID issue with my s2k retro. One of the sides shut off and when I turned my light back on it would turn on. It started to shut off constantly and then I would turn it on by turning on and off the headlights. Then it started to pulsate and shut off completely. I took the ballast and disconnected it from the bulb. Put another bulb in the ballast and it turned on. Replaced the bulb, put it back in, turned on my lights and it did not turn on. So i swapped the ballast this time and left the bulb(new bulb). It turned on. I thought it was good. Turned off my car and put gas.When i restarted my car, the same side shut off. I turned off my headlights and tried to get it back on...Did this several times and on the 4th try or 5th, it worked. Any suggestions. Maybe a faulty connection or harness?
Im just lost since its the same side I am having issues with. ANy help is appreciated.
