Default HID hesistate to stay on, help plz!

Hey guys, every time I start up the car turns on the lights my HID would turn on for a quick second then turns off.... It wants to stay on sometimes, but it just shuts off after a second.

Now I checked fuses everything is good, I tried adding more ground from battery to frame , did not help. If its the ballast should it be only 1 side instead of two?? Could 1 have any effects on the other? I tried touching the harness from 1 side it kinda made the other side stay on a bit longer. I've never had this problem before... It happened a couple weeks ago , it got worse this time . Lights won't even stay on . please help This should be an easy 1 for you guys :D

2 things

1. Bad ground on the HID ballast or headlight connector

2. Bad ballast

tested it on another car ballast was good... I changed the 10 fuse for headlights to a 15 it helped a bit but when I signal or use other sources like reverse light, fan, then the headlights would turn off again

I was told to buy a relay harness as well, but they also told me to check voltage of the battery and the alternator to make sure it's not giving out on me. Because when I have the lights on first click (corner lights) my clock light would get REALLLLYYYYYYYY dim like all the power is being sucked...

Yes they do, I'm assuming my alternator is giving out so the battery is not being charged as its supposed to
