Default help out a newby (again)

Q: recommendations on the lights, i think they look gay ,

Engine

can u guys tell me if there is any space left in the engine mount, cause im a real noob and i wanna get a second opinion from the mechanic

is it legeal 2 change the serial in2 engilsh? lol

man im just sooo noobish, but just check out this idea:

rip out the trunck and chuck a s2000 engine in, make the car AWD
lower it till u c sparks & take out ECU / Air Bags / ABS
chuck in a hardout audio sys
hide some NOS under the seats
a supercharger mounted in the back seats
rip out and redo the interior

now how much do u guys recon that will cost?

and if i sell this car now, how much do u think i can get & what about after the modifications?

wow i hope you have a money tree cause all that will cost you around 20k at least. not to mention having a supercharger that far away from the engine wont really work
if you do complete this plan you are a wizard.lol

First off, are you proposing to have two engines? The s2000 in the back, and the D series in the front?
Or are you just wanting to make a rear engine awd integra using an s2000 motor. If so and good luck.
How are you going to get power up to the front wheels from that motor, and even then, i don't think there's enough torque from that motor to drive and AWD car well enough. With the kind of money you're looking to spend you could buy an STI, and be instantly faster.

Second, take out the ECU/airbags/ABS???? How do you intend to take out the computer that makes the car run....

Lower it till you see sparks? I won't even comment

Thirdly, how do you plan on mounting a supercharger in the back seats? And what supercharger would that be pray tell.

And will this car make anywhere near 205 whp with intake, ignition, and catback exhaust?

Seriously, for the amount of money you're looking to spend on dumb *** modifications that won't be practical, you could buy a stock car that's alot better. AND it's going to ruin your resale value.
I don't know what a Integra with a singe cam motor is worth, but it's probably less than an LS. You should just swap in a B-series motor, or better yet, learn something about cars, do a little research, and come up with practical, non-paul walker ideas.

I would just get a K swap with some itb's if your looking to spend a ridiculous amount of money. Or build a b series all motor monster 200+whp (pm the integradude98 he'll help you get 205 j/k) Also the taillights, look and try to find all red itr taillights. Stay away from altezzas, every generation they have are hideous.

edit: I didn't notice it was an auto, getting a auto-manual conversion requires some work. Price that out first and go from there with a motor swap

Wow...

Okay, all those ideas about a S2K engine in rear and a super charger and AWD and NOS under the seat, blah, blah, blah. Stop it. It's not going to happen and you need to think realistically. Stop watching movies where undercover cops drive fast cars furiously.

No, the lights are not homosexual. However, they do look like the 94-97 Integra lights. If you dont like them, change over to the all red ones.

Lastly, the single cam motor has almost no potential especially considering you have b16's and b18c much more readily available than we do in the US. You can either swap it or simply sell the whole car and get something faster.

There ya go and you're welcome.

^^ Yes, the D-series was offered outside the US in base model tegs.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by pkoverlord &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">rip out the trunck and chuck a s2000 engine in, make the car AWD

Hmm. I think it would be a great idea to put an F20 in the trunk. It may slow your car down hauling all that extra weight of a motor in the back, esp with that D-series in the front. How the hell do you suppose a supercharger will work if you have it in the back seat?? Hell, why don't you mount it on the roof, and hide the NOS bottle up yer ***.

There was a SOHC Integra a while back. 93-94, ZX and ZXi model. ZXi was also offered in 4WD.

sheesh somebody always asks the question every time a pic of one of these comes up. Yes it came with the D-series, it's a DC1 chassis. Gasoline in other parts of the world is MUCH more expensive than in the USA, so the Integras were offered with a smaller, more economical engine option as the base model.

im just thinking of bringing the speed up a bit get some new body work

but do u guys think a weight reduction would help with the speed? btw i just want the car 2 look and sound fast but not actually go THAT fast cause the speed limit here's like 50 kmph

you "bump" simply by replying in your own thread, just like you did when you made your last post. by posting, you are "bumping" your thread to the top of the forum.
