i was just wondering would it b better to mount a K20A engine on a E-DC1 chasis with all the K20A mortors and gagets or to add a turbo on a stock 1998 JDM Integra Ti, 2dr, with all the stock stuff, and mayb do a slight weight reduction with cf hoods and stuff

A turbo on the stock engine should give you a little more power if tuned properly. But the turbo, as a bolt on will not be as realiable as the K20A.
