Default HELP: serious problem

My car made a strange clicking noise after i left the car in 1st before turning off the car coupe times. It was the crank pulley, now the pully itself is loose, it is shaking and spinning, i retighten it so i drive it a little bit only. I was wondering does anyone know if the shop would need to pull the engine out inorder to replace the crank pulley or not? and does anyone know how much it may cost?

engine removal is not necessary to remove the crank pulley although all the acc. belts must be removed. actually not that hard.
