help! overheating
ok i just cleaned my IACV and FITV and al was well idles at 8 (a bit high but it ok) took it for a spin and its overheating . any ideas please got to get it fixed today back to work tomorrow..... i checked the coolant lever and thats fine?

First thing I would check is to make sure the fan is kicking on. You may have shorted out that circuit or for some reason it may have just stopped.
If it's not, and you absolutely need to drive it, hook it up to a switch until you have a chance to fix it the right way.

think i fixed it tho air locked phwwweee thought i was in trouble there for a bit. i tell you this much tho it well worth cleaning IACV and FITV i cant beleave how much better its running......... did'nt help that some tool (last owner) had put peaces of plastic in between them as extra gaskets. and did.nt even cut the holes so it was blocking them off . i dont know how it was still running and i've had it 6 months...lol
