Default HELP!!! lsv problems

Ok so I'm running a b18b1 block with a 2000 b16 head in my 2000 gsr. It has a b16 intake mannie. I'm running a obd2b gsr wiring harness. Obd2 b16 dizzy. And I don't have the intake air temp sensor on cuz the b16 itm don't have the area for me to put one on. I also have a p06 chipped with neptune. Its a itr base map with 2 step ect... I have a obd2b to obd1 jumper harness but the car won't. Run the ecu. I know the ecu works cuz the dude who chipped it started his car with it.. so does anyone know what could be the problem????

The ecu works cuz it started a obd1 ef. I think it might be the jumper harness. But I also have a obd2 2000 si ecu. I tryed that and still nothing.

I really don't know if this suggestion would work for you but I installed a y7 IAT on a grommet on the CAI used a y7 connector plug to it and extended the wiring to it I did this on a Y8 head with complete Y8 IM since the y8 mani does not have an IAT slot either did it in a mini-me

I was kinda thinking of doing something like that. But I was goin to drill a hole into the intake and extending the wire and plug in the iat to the intake.
