I would go with the ground control coils with the koni yellows as well. Adjustable hight, stiffness and you can go with a custom spring rate. Just remember you get what you pay for... if you can afford something good then wait.

all in all, it all depends on how much money you are willing to spend. the koni and gc setup is great but they still come up to around 800 new. but is it really worth it? what are you planning to do with your car? do you really need all that adjustment? those were the questions i asked myself when looking around for suspension. then i ran across a really good deal for gc and illumias and i haven't gone back on that decision, they're great for daily and everyday driving.

Hmmm, maybe $100, $25 per wheel...but I guess it depends on where you live and where you go of course. Try doing it yourself, it's not that hard.

Well, being in California make sure to get a C.A.R.B legal intake, that actually has the sticker on it, in case any PO-PO's ever pull you over. Some brands that are legal are Injen, AEM, K&N and DC.

Well to be honest, an intake isn't going to give you MUCH of a horsepower gain. I used to have an AEM on my CRX, and besides the sound...the diff wasn't noticeable. That's why my DA has an OG intake with just a K&N filter.
You might be better off spending that money on something else for the car, but do whatever makes you happy man

Yeah but the intakes sound nice? That counts for something. As far as HP gains go they arent that expensive really. I would be going for one dude

Re: HELP.. on a integra SUSPENSION (jroks323)
H&R springs are great for the price, for a daily driver, they are great springs. Coilovers are okay if you got the time to really tune your suspension with custom spring rates and track the car, but for a daily driver with spirited driving, springs and aftermarket shocks, IMO are much more practical.
