i have a 2000 gsr fully built.. bored .20 over sleeved b16 head(p+p) JE pistons Crower rods 9 to 1 comp. there is also a garrett t3/t4 ball bearing turbo, 2-1/2" straight thru exhaust.. .. so when the stock computer and injectors are in.. car runs/idles fine, when i put the AEM computer in.. it will not start.. a base map has been set, and the cars ecu is communicating with the labtop fine.. and part of the istallation of the AEM EMS (before actual tuning) says to "sync" the cars timing with a timing light to the "timing parimitars" of the EMS.. but... how can i sync or time anything if the car won`t start..
I know this is a weird one, but i was looking for any other helpful tips from someone who may have done this a few times before!
