Default Help with CEL codes.

Car: 1996 Acura Gsr 4 door

So I was driving to the DMV today to go pay for my renewal tags and I notice my check engine light on. I didnt have a scanner on me so I used a wire to connect the 2 wires under the glove box.

This is what it threw:

My question is, I followed this thread here (https://honda-tech.com/forums/acura-integra-6/ecu-abs-codes-here-978933/) but not sure if Im doing something wrong or if the thread is mistaken something.
The thread said that long flashes are tens digit and short flashes are ones digit.

So that means the code that my CEL threw would be 92? But there is no code 92 in the thread?!

Or is it 9 long flashes for code #9 and 2 short flashes for code #2?
Srry, im lost.

IMO it appears that you have a code 90 Evap emission Control Leak detected in fuel take area(did you hear at least 3 clicks when you put your gas cap on--this is just a guess) and a code 2 =oxygen sensor #2

Hmm, i'll check that out about the gas cap. And the o2 sensor, do you think its the o2 sensor or the cat? I just bought a brand new cat somewhere in January, but my car is dropped and I mostly have a few passengers and always hitting the cat on bumps becuz the stupid shop welded it on the piping and its looks like its hanging.

I checked my gas cap but there was no rip or anything on the rubber, everything looks clean and good. Any ideas what it could be?

You sure you can pull the codes that way? Your car is OBD2 and should require a scanner.

Hmm, Im not sure. Never thought of that. I'll go to autozone or something and ask them to scan it to double check.
But one thing too is that wen i open the gas cap it doesnt have that air release sound, like its not air tight but i closed it all the way already.
