Default Help with B18B vacuum and missing coolant line....

I'm almost ready to fire up my rebuilt engine but I can't seem to figure out where this vacuum line connects to on the back of my IM. I looked through the service manual, and it doesn't show any from the back. I'm hoping someone on here might know. Here's a pic of where its at.

Also, I can't seem to figure out one last nipple coming from the upper water neck on the head, goes to. I have a pic of it below to show exactly which hose I'm talking about. I searched the FSM and the OEM Acura Parts catalog for diagrams and could still not figure it out.

the nipple underneath the upper radiator hose connects to the heater breather hose which goes to the throttle body.
