need confirmation on coolant line please
So a few months ago my car caught on fire and after I pulled the motor I removed and replaced all coolant lines, I forgot where one goes. I read somewhere they this line in my pic could be plugged but want to make sure it doesn't go anywhere. I notice in an old pic that I had a line to it but not sure where I had it...My motor is a JDM B18C and the line is by the upper radiator hose on the block.
Pic added.

No, that hose is supposed to parallel the PCV hose, to prevent it from icing in cold weather. On the 96-2000 civic's it is two pipes fused to each other two running from valve cover to intake, and the coolant side running from engine to engine. That hose could be tee'd to feed the IACV or FITV or the throttle body heater.
FITV coolant connected? next
IACV connected? next
Throttle heater connected? next
PCV heater connected?
It is one of those four. Given the name of the part, breather heater, it is for the PCV breather hose.
