Default Help: Auto to Manual

Whats going on honda-tech? So I recently bought a 1995 integra, but its auto . So after having one of my cousins do an auto to manual on my 91 hatch and it coming out like crap... (the selector was still there, no reverse lights, no clutch to start, check engine) I decided I wanted to do this one the right way. So I need a DYI If anyone has done it before. I was wondering if I changed both the dash harness and the engine bay harness if it'll eliminate both the selector and the check engine. Or if it could make me use clutch on start... some of the parts im aware I need are:
B-series transmission
Clutch/flywheel
B-series shift linkage
Manual Ls Ecu
Manual cluster
Auto to manual mount

Thats all I can think of as of now. Thank you in advance for your help.

I can't imagine you paid very much for said car, my suggestion would be to sell it and buy one that is already manual.

A manual cluter is nice to have CMC/CSC/clutch lines/clutch pedal you can just cut the brake smaller. and all the little bolts etc. Not hard just time consuming I've helped with a few at work...

@tight-r it's fun just like wire tucks and full rest-o projects, doesn't have to be worth it money wise just fun I could have scrapped my car after my crash but I converted it to a full on track car cause I wanted to have a project/challenge.
