It says its the oxygen sensor heater, ok which one?? It doesnt tell me which o2 sensor is teh bad one so i dont really know what to do...
I tryed reseting the code by disconnecting a terminal from the battery but the code is still there...
The car also runs totaly fine when cold but once raelly warm it begins to spit and sputter when at more than 50% and mostly at lower rpms... Could a bad o2 sensor cause this??

i see, so would that be the 1st o2 sensor coming from the dp? and could that make it spit and sputter really that much once the motor gets warm?? I just hope im doing the right thing to fix this, its $88 and if i dont need it i really would rather not buy it...
I also find it weird that with trying to reset the ecu by disconnecting the battery the light still stays on..

my car sound like the same thing my teg wont go past 3500 rpm if it the sensor or the fuel fillter my check engine light is on i might of hit or damage the that sensor when changing the streering rack

If your car is 96 or later you can swap the primary and secondary o2 sensors after to clear the code, and then see if the code for the secondary o2 pops up. Then you will know that it is the o2 sensor that is causing the problem for sure.
