Hey guys, i know theres a such a thing as a header split pipe, where you can choose to run open headers or closed headers where the flow either goes thru the exhaust pipe to the muffler or just comes right out of the headers, but i also have heard theres a few that have MAJOR leaks, and i was wondering if anybody here has done such a mod to their car and had no leak problem or almost near to no leak.

 

never heard of it...just curious to why you would want to do that??

 

would be a good option, decide between running open headers or a legal exhaust system.

 

its called an e-cutout, from what i've read, manually operated ones seem to be the way to go
