Your car only has 1 header. Header(s) meaning you more than one like on V6 and V8's. Its like saying I was thinking about getting intake(s) and exhaust(s) for my car.

We all know what he means when he says headers, don't have to flame on him, If you don't have anything helpful to say about question then don't say nothing at all. But i would suggest JDM ITR 4-1 headers with the heat shield. Looks real clean and stock and also has very GOOD DURABILITY. Try finding a real 1 but if you cant, then just get the aftermarket replicas or the DC JDM ITR style header if you dont like the heat shield. Either buy something carb legal or something that you can fool cops with

Overall, 4-1 headers usually only make .5-2 hp over a 4-2-1 design, and that's usually in high rpms (depending on your set-up of course). Considering your motor (assuming it's relatively stock) and it's high-revving capabilities, maybe this would be a good start for ya...depending on how often your VTEC engages aka how heavy your foot is.
If you want more midrange power and possibly a wider powerband, i'd go with the 4-2-1 aka the "tri-y" design . All a matter of preference I suppose...

depends hoMIe. if hes daily driving this thing he might be better off with the 4-2-1. Especially since 4-1 hangs lower and is noticeable in higher RPM's. but it all depends on where the OP is headin with the car, as for me i have 4-2-1 dc sports header on my GSR and i liked it. I recently took it off and put my stock header on because it started leaking after about 4 years, (2piece), it was also banged up at the bottom , jersey streets

if your looking for a good 4-1 header i would suggest Yonaka, or just do a type R. If a 4-2-1 i would maybe go megen, there really cheap and work great.
