you need to get the honda "donut gasket" that goes in between the header and cat if you did not get one with the stuff. the gasket that goes between header and head is re-usable. If the header is 2 piece, you need the o-ring crush gaskets that go between upper manifold and down pipe. that's all you'd need.

We just did the same thing to my boyfriend's GSR, and we reused the header gasket (it was fine).
I don't remember what we used for the cat/header...I will have to ask him.

-does it matter the the cat has two holes for the O2 sensor. im only using one and the other is plugged up. my car is obd1 94 gsr if that matters. i bought it off someone with a 97 gsr tho. will it work fine? thanks

i think it would be fine as long as you plug up the one that isn't being used. also, doesn't the obd1 integras have the plug hole on the header?? i have an ls and my cat doesn't have a plug for the sensor on it, only the header does.. might be different between the gsr and ls though.
